Sedona really is a sleepy town. Once the sun goes down, everything closes and there isn’t much to do. There are a few bars in town where you can stay up late and enjoy the nightlife.
A great local bar is Mooney’s Irish Pub located in the Hillside Shopping Center. Not only is the bar open late, they also serve good food. If Karaoke is your thing, then stop by on Thursday nights. It won’t disappoint.
The Village of Oak Creek is home to another one of Sedona local’s bar favorites. PJ’s Village Pub & Sports Lounge is the place to be any night of the week. Not only is it a great place to grab a drink, but the food is pretty good too. PJ’s is located at 40 Cortez in the VOC.
In Uptown Sedona, Sound Bites Grill has something going on every night of the week. Soundbites is not only a live music venue, but a popular restaurant too. They are only open until 9pm, so you’ll need to make it an early night. On weekends, they have live music or limited engagements. They are famous for their “Wineaux Wednesdays” where you can drink some fine wine while listening to local musicians and “Chill on the Hill” on Thursdays. Sound Bites Grill is located in the Hyatt Pinon Point Shopping Center. Check out Sound Bites Grill’s website for a calendar of weekly events.
