Mariposa – Latin Inspired Grill

Sedona Fine Dining

Chef Lisa Dahl has created Mariposa, a one of a kind, fine dining experience in Sedona, Arizona.  Chef Dahl has perfected her culinary creations.  The South American inspired cuisine is only surpassed by the spectacular red rock views from the best location in Sedona. Mariposa specialties include their certified USDA black angus beef, the handmade empanadas and the Elote Charred Corn.  Other popular choices include the bone-in ribeye,  lamb chops and the pollo rustico. The dining room is elegant and the patio seating is perfect for taking in all that Sedona offers.  The full bar and wine and cocktail menu can’t be beat.  The wine selection comprises of mostly South American wines but the list also includes many wines from California and our great state of Arizona.

There are some things to know before dining at the Mariposa.  Reservations are required.  During busy times in Sedona, it is recommended that reservations for all restaurants be made at least 30 days in advance, but you may use their reservation app to see the availability.  Parties over six are not allowed.  Since Mariposa is a fine dining experience, they have a dress code for the main dining room.  If you don’t meet the “resort casual” requirement, expect to be seated on the outdoor patio.

Mariposa is located at 700 W State Route 89A in Sedona.  Visit their website https://www.mariposasedona.com for more information.
