Best Nightlife in Sedona

Sedona Local Bars for Drinks and Live Music

Sedona has the best nightlife.  Whether you are looking for a place to have a glass of wine or some cocktails, there are some really great local spots for an evening out.  Most of Sedona’s bars and taverns have live music and dancing.  Here are some of our favorite places to get a drink and have a good time.

Great Local Places

A great local place is Mooney’s Irish Pub located in the Hillside Shopping Center. Not only is the bar open late, they also serve good food.  If you love Karaoke, then stop by on Thursday nights.  It won’t disappoint.

The Village of Oak Creek is home to another one of Sedona local’s favorites.  PJ’s Village Pub & Sports Lounge is the place to be any night of the week.  Not only is it a great place to grab a drink, but the food is pretty good too.  PJ’s is located at 40 Cortez in the Village of Oak Creek.

Uptown Sedona Nightlife

In Uptown Sedona, Sound Bites Grill has something going on every night of the week.  Soundbites is not only a live music venue, but a popular restaurant too.  They are only open until 9pm, so you’ll need to make it an early night.  On weekends, they have live music or limited engagements.  They are famous for their “Wineaux Wednesdays” where you can drink some fine wine while listening to local musicians.  Then don’t miss “Chill on the Hill” on Thursdays.  Sound Bites Grill is located in the Hyatt Pinon Point Shopping Center.  Check out Sound Bites Grill’s website for a calendar of weekly events.

Sedona Nightlife in Restaurants

If you prefer to have drinks at one of Sedona’s restaurants, then you should check out our list of restaurants.  Many serve drinks and have great atmosphere.  If you are looking for margaritas, then check out El Rincon or Javelina Cantina, both are great Mexican food restaurants.  If you are looking for a brewery, then check out Oak Creek Brewery in Tlaquepaque.
