Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill
Chef Lisa Dahl has created Mariposa, a one-of-a-kind, fine dining experience in Sedona, Arizona. Chef Dahl has perfected her culinary creations. Mariposa specialties include their certified USDA black angus beef, the handmade empanadas and the Elote Charred Corn. Other popular choices include the bone-in ribeye, lamb chops and the pollo rustico. The dining room is elegant, and the patio seating is perfect for taking in all that Sedona offers. The full bar and wine and cocktail menu is great. The wine selection comprises of South American wines, but the list also includes many wines from California and our great state of Arizona.
Reservations are required at Mariposa. In general, reservations are recommended for all restaurants at least 30 days in advance. Many restaurants have reservation apps to see the availability. Parties over six are not allowed. Mariposa is a fine dining experience. There is a dress code for the main dining room. Therefore, if you do not meet the “resort casual” requirement, expect to be seated on the outdoor patio.
